Grief - informed psychotherapy for adults navigating loss, family relationships and major life transitions.
You May Be Here If…
You are grieving the death of someone important - whether the loss is recent or something you have carried for many years.
You are navigating non-death losses such as parental abandonment, theend of a relationship, career changes, or life unfolding differently than you expected.
You want to explore family-of-origin experiences and understand how early relationships continue to shape your emotions, patterns, and sense of self today.
You are moving through major life transition such as a career change, relocation, college, or becoming a parent.
Daily stress has begun to affect your mood, increase anxiety, or leave you feeling emotionally overwhelmed.
You are a thoughtful individual who is open to reflection and curious about understanding yourself more fully.
You want to create a calmer, more authentic life through insight and meaningful change.

How I Approach Therapy…
In therapy, I take a relational, client-centered, and mindfulness-based approach. I believe meaningful change begins with understanding - taking the time to explore how your past experiences, relationships, and losses may still be shaping your life today.
Much of our therapeutic work focuses on making sense of grief in its many forms and exploring family-of-origin experiences that continue to influence how you think, feel, and relate to others.
I work in a thoughtful and highly personalized way. I intentionally keep a smaller caseload so I can offer thoughtful, individualized care and remain actively engaged in the work with each client. Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all - it’s a space where you can feel known, supported, and met as a whole person.
As we begin to understand your experiences and patterns more clearly this leads to increased sense of clarity and emotional steadiness. From this place of deeper understanding, solutions often begin to emerge from within - supporting you in living more fully in the present and shaping the future you desire.
